The coronavirus lockdown provided ample time and a good opportunity to clean the Sacred Heart Chapel. Normally open day and night for personal prayer and Adoration, the small Chapel was closed in the middle of March, when the fear of the spread of the virus was growing.
Years’ worth of dust and candle smoke which had blackened the walls were scrubbed away by a dedicated team of LCI volunteers. Still not open, it is now nevertheless ready with a fresh look for the next group of students.
